By order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the exhumation process was completed at the location of Duboko Valje-Ljuta located in the municipality of Konjic, during which the remains of one person were found.

A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina coordinates and leads the activities of the police officers of the Sarajevo Canton MoI aimed at persons suspected of organized crime, illegal trafficking of large quantities of narcotic drugs, as well as corrupt crimes related to the abuse of police capacities in helping members of organized criminal groups.

Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment for corrupt activities in the process of employment in the BiH Border Police, illegal requests for and receipt of large sums of money from candidates in the process, as well as other related criminal acts.

After questioning the suspect in the presence of his lawyer, a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH sent a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to remand into a 30-day custody the suspect D. A. (1981), a citizen of Pakistan, who was deprived of liberty in the operation conducted by SIPA.

After questioning the suspects, the Assigned Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order remand in custody for the suspect Dejan Jurišić (1983), a police officer employed in the Prijedor Police Department, who was deprived of liberty in an operation of the RS MoI, in the area of Prijedor.

Prosecutor on call of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office has, during the night hours of 31 August/ 1 September in the area of Sarajevo, coordinated the activities of police officers of the Sarajevo Canton MoI and SIPA, in connection with detection and prosecution of the perpetrators of the criminal offense of migrant smuggling.
