IN THE AREA OF STANARI MUNICIPALITY AN EXHUMATION WAS COMPLETED BY ORDER OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH

17.10.2022. 15:40  The remains of at least two persons were exhumed at the site of village Brestovo, Kazarević hamlet in the Stanari municipality. The remains were sent for forensic medical processing and identification based on DNA analysis to the City Cemetery JK a.d. Banja Luka.

PERSON ACCUSED OF INTERNATIONAL HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND INTERNATIONAL ENTICING PERSONS INTO PROSTITUTION ADMITTED GUILT BY AGREEMENT

17.10.2022. 10:18  The accused, Nachinkin Nataliia (1989), a citizen of Ukraine, pleaded guilty to the criminal offense of International Enticing Persons into Prostitution under Article 187, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.

17.10.2022. 08:38  At the site of the local cemetery in the municipality of Bosanski novi/Novi Grad, the remains of two persons, who are assumed to be victims of the last war, were exhumed. The remains were sent to the City Cemetery public communal joint-stock company Banja Luka for forensic medical processing and identification based on DNA analysis.

ACCUSED IN THE CASE OF ORGANIZED SMUGGLING OF ILLEGAL MIGRANTS ADMITTED GUILT BY AGREEMENT

12.10.2022. 14:05  The accused Ahmed Iftkhar (1977), a citizen of Pakistan, who is charged in the case codenamed Lipa with organized smuggling of a large number of illegal migrants, has pleaded guilty to the criminal offenses charged by the BiH Prosecutor’s Office. A sentence of 3.5 years of imprisonment was proposed for the accused, as one of the highest sentences imposed so far for this criminal offense.

Živinice.

05.10.2022. 13:18  As part of the activities of the BiH Border Police, and in coordination with the prosecutor on call duty of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, during a regular control at the international border crossing Orašje a citizen of the Republic of Croatia was detected in an attempt to illegally transfer 30 citizens of the Republic of Turkey who did not meet the legal requirements for entering the Republic of Croatia and deprived of liberty.
