A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Elvira BREKO, born in 1976 in Tuzla, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and legal entity for production and trade of goods and services "BAT TRANS" d.o.o. Živinice.

 As part of the activities of the BiH Border Police, and in coordination with the prosecutor on call duty of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, during a regular control at the international border crossing Orašje a citizen of the Republic of Croatia was detected in an attempt to illegally transfer 30 citizens of the Republic of Turkey who did not meet the legal requirements for entering the Republic of Croatia and deprived of liberty.

 After they were handed over to the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, the Assigned Prosecutor questioned the suspects in the presence of their attorneys, and submitted a motion for remand in custody to the Court of BiH for all 5 suspects.

After questioning the suspect in the case codenamed Storage, who surrendered to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina after several months of absconding, the Assigned Prosecutor sent a detailed motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to remand in custody the suspect Predrag Petković, born in 1987.

 Acting on call duty for the day of the General Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on-call prosecutors who were, together with SIPA police officers, on duty in regional centers in Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Mostar and Tuzla, received reports from citizens or institutions that related to violations of public peace and order at polling stations, allegations of election irregularities that related to possible criminal offenses as well as various events and incidents related to the election process.

Suspect Predrag Petković, born in 1987, a person who was sought by an international arrest warrant and suspected of several criminal offenses, surrendered to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office in the presence of an attorney after several months on the run.

 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes issued an indictment against Mile Stojanović, born in 1952 in Sarajevo, living in Gornji Milanovac, Republic of Serbia.

 The Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milanko Kajganić, in coordination with the Chief Prosecutor of the DPPO Prijedor, Mladen Mitrović, gave an order to the Ministry of Interior of the RS for the deprivation of liberty of 5 suspects, who were identified as being connected to illegalities related to the election procedure i.e. the passing of a large number of filled-in ballots to the polling station.
