No. T20 0 KT 0024163 23 (Milorad Dodik et al.).

- Milorad Dodik, born in 1959 in Laktaši, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Miloš Lukić, born in 1987 in Tuzla, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

1. Zoran Matkić, aka "Zoka", born in 1989 in Brčko, with prior convictions
2. Jozo Vrhovac, born in 1954 in Gradačac
3. Šimo Ćaćić, born in 1956 in Gradačac
4. Marko Katić, born in 1965 in Gradačac
5. Emir Hanić, aka "Hana", born in 1989 in Gradačac

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN JOŠANICA NEAR FOČA, IN THE AREA OF VIŠEGRAD AND ČAJNIČE IN 1992 AND 1993

08.08.2023. 13:19 A team of prosecutors from the Special Department for War Crimes issued an indictment against 13 persons, former commanders and members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are charged with war crimes against ethnic Serb victims in the town of Jošanica near Foča in December 1992, in which 56 ethnic Serb civilians were killed, around 10 victims wounded, and houses, property, agricultural and ancillary facilities set on fire and destroyed.

03.08.2023. 10:51 A prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Nedžad Ćehić, aka "Ćeha", born in 1972 in Bosanska Krupa, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who is currently remanded in custody. 

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SEVEN PERSONS ACCUSED OF ILLICIT INTERNATIONAL DRUG TRAFFICKING
