INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST 6 PERSONS FOR HIGH CORRUPTION

16.09.2022. 13:10 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment for corrupt activities in the process of employment in the BiH Border Police, illegal requests for and receipt of large sums of money from candidates in the process, as well as other related criminal acts.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY OF THE SUSPECTED CITIZEN OF PAKISTAN IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE

08.09.2022. 13:41  After questioning the suspect in the presence of his lawyer, a Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH sent a motion to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to remand into a 30-day custody the suspect D. A. (1981), a citizen of Pakistan, who was deprived of liberty in the operation conducted by SIPA.

REMAND IN CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR A POLICE OFFICER SUSPECTED OF ORGANIZED CRIME AND HIGH CORRUPTION IN CASES CODENAMED

06.09.2022. 15:59 After questioning the suspects, the Assigned Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order remand in custody for the suspect Dejan Jurišić (1983), a police officer employed in the Prijedor Police Department, who was deprived of liberty in an operation of the RS MoI, in the area of Prijedor.

01.09.2022. 11:22  Prosecutor on call of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office has, during the night hours of 31 August/ 1 September in the area of Sarajevo, coordinated the activities of police officers of the Sarajevo Canton MoI and SIPA, in connection with detection and prosecution of the perpetrators of the criminal offense of migrant smuggling.
