INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST 8 PERSONS IN THE CASE Vs. RAILIĆ DALIBOR et.al.

06.12.2022. 13:27  The case included evidence from the Sky and Anom applications, and a total of eight persons were charged with organized crime related to several serious criminal offenses committed in the period from 2020 to 2022, including the murder of the Head of the Prijedor Criminal Investigation Department, Radenko Bašić.

01.12.2022. 15:53 An on call duty prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH coordinated the activities after being contacted by members of the Border Police of BiH, regarding the seizure of a large quantity of mobile telephones without documentation on the origin of the goods, found during the control of vehicles at the entrance to BiH at the IBC - Orašje, and gave instructions to the police officers for documenting this criminal offense.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR WAR CRIMES AGAINST CIVILIANS AND PRISONERS OF WAR

28.11.2022. 12:14 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Kerim Lučarević, born in Sarajevo in 1958, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

ACCUSED DRAGOJA ZMIJANJAC ADMITTED GUILT FOR ATTACK ON OFFICIAL PERSON OF IECS BIH WHILE PERFORMING OFFICIAL DUTIES

24.11.2022. 14:00  The accused Dragoja Zmijanjac (1951), who is serving a prison sentence, concluded plea agreement pursuant to which he was sentenced to a prison sentence of 3 (three) months by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
