INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST 15 PERSONS FOR WAR CRIMES IN THE BANJA LUKA AREA

30.12.2022. 11:09 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against a total of 15 persons for war crimes against civilians and prisoners of war, committed in the Banja Luka Military -Investigation Prison called Mali Logor /Small camp/, in the period from 1992 to 1995.

Slavko Puhalić, born in 1955 in Prijedor, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2. Željko Rudak, AKA "Deba", born in 1972 in Prijedor, citizen of BiH, 3. Dragan Škrbić, born in 1967 in Prijedor, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 4. Dragoje Čavić, born in 1960 in Prijedor, citizen of BiH, 5. Rajko Damjanović, born in 1972 in Prijedor, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i 6. Dragomir Šaponja, born in 1965 in Prijedor, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ermin Kadić, born in 1964 in Bosanska Krupa, citizen of BiH 5. Amir Patković, AKA "Pače", born in 1969 in Bihać, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina 6. Irfo Velagić, AKA "Mekenzi", born in 1966 in Bosanska Krupa, citizen of BiH, 7. Suad Nesimović, born in 1971 in Bosanska Krupa, citizen of BiH.
