- DRAGAN PETRIĆ, born in 1961 in Sarajevo, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia, and
-  Legal entity "LIMPRODUKT" d.o.o. /Limited Liability Company/ Kreševo.

- Jacek Andrzej Zawitowski, born in 1985 in Poland, a citizen of Poland, temporarily residing in the Migrant Center Ušivak, Hadžići, currently in custody. 

ON OCCASION OF EUROPEAN DAY OF JUSTICE, STUDENTS FROM ZENICA PAY ONE-DAY VISIT TO BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

UPON PLEA AGREEMENT, PERSON ACCUSED OF ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS SENTENCED TO PRISON

25.10.2023. 08:55 The accused Almedin Kadić (1992) has signed a Plea Agreement admitting his guilt, and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina subsequently sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of one (1) year and imposed the security measure of confiscation of instrumentalities used for the perpetration of the criminal offence.
