08.11.2022. 15:53  The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is coordinating activities, together with partner institutions in FR Germany, related to the arrest of suspect Milivoj Todorović (1975) from Bijeljina, who was deprived of liberty in Frankfurt on the basis of a warrant issued by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

07.11.2022. 08:16  After questioning the suspects, in presence of their lawyers, the assigned prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutors Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion for remand in custody for two suspects, and also a motion to order prohibiting measures for two more suspected persons.

04.11.2022. 07:59 Acting on the order of a Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the Sarajevo Canton MoI carried out an operation codenamed "Raptor" in the Sarajevo area, aimed at combating organized crime linked with illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.

The central topics of the meeting were related to the criminal prosecution of cases in which the two prosecutor’s offices cooperate, communicate, exchange information and evidence and perform other procedural activities.
