A delegation
from the judicial institutions of the Republic of Serbia, composed of officials
of the High Court and the Court of Appeal in Belgrade, representatives of the
War Crimes Prosecutor’s Office, lawyers, domestic legal practitioners who

A meeting was held at the Prosecutor’s Office of
BiH where the Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić, together with his Deputy and
Prosecutors from the Corruption Section, met with Mr. Mika Aalto, Prosecutor
from Finland and EU4JUSTICE expert, who is in charge of carrying out activities
related to strengthening the capacity of the Section for Corruption, and who
commenced his engagement at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

Having questioned the suspect, the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in charge of the case put forward a Motion to Order Custody against the suspect Mirko Vukmirović aka "Sarajlija" (formerly Vladan Pejušić), born in 1987 in Sarajevo, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia, who is under investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office for the criminal offense of organized crime and for the planning and execution of serious murders committed on the territory of both entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

At the Rača border crossing police officers of the Judicial Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina, took over the suspect Vladan Pejušić (also known as Mirko Vukmirović), born in 1987, from their colleagues from Serbia, and transported him to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
