16.01.2023. 13:35  The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Nedžad Salkanović, born in 1976 in Tuzla, and the legal entity "Nesal Company" d.o.o. Živinice.

13.01.2023. 15:54  A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office issued an indictment on 28 December 2022, which includes the accused: MATE ŽARIĆ, born in 1956 in the municipality of Jablanica, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia; MILA BULE, born in 1955 in Ljubuški, citizen of BiH; ALEKSANDAR ŠUKALO, AKA "Saša", born in 1975 in Gradiška, citizen of BiH; ZORAN MANOJLOVIĆ, born in 1955 in Mrkonjić Grad, citizen of BiH, and DRAGO MALEŠEVIĆ, born in 1959 in Banja Luka, citizen of BiH.

IN THE AREA OF THE SARAJEVO MUNICIPALITY - NOVI GRAD AN EXHUMATION IS BEING CARRIED OUT UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH

13.01.2023. 11:00  An investigator of the Special Department for War Crimes is present on the premises of the "Zrak" d.d. factory. Sarajevo in the municipality of Novi Grad, where, by order of the assigned prosecutor, and coordinates the work of authorized persons participating in the process of exhuming the remains.

11.01.2023. 14:23 After questioning the suspect in the presence of a lawyer, the assigned prosecutor filed a motion for remand in custody for the suspect:-Mustafa Vrabac, born in 1985 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

10.01.2023. 10:04 Acting in a zero-tolerance attitude towards the occurrences of corrupt activities, in an operation ordered by the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, the suspect Vrabac Mustafa (1985), an employee of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, was deprived of liberty. The activities were carried out by police officers of the Ministry of Interior of the RS and the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton. 

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CORRUPTION AGAINST THE DIRECTOR OF THE JOINT AFFAIRS SERVICE OF BIH

04.01.2023. 09:47  A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment against Dragan Šojić, born in 1961 in the municipality of Šabac, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia, employed as the director of the Service for Joint Affairs of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

ON CALL PROSECUTOR GAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ACTION OF THE POLICE AND COMPETENT AGENCIES AFTER THE PLANE CRASH IN PRIJEDOR

04.01.2023. 08:10  After receiving information about the plane crash in the area of Prijedor, on call prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH gave instructions to the police agencies and competent civil aviation authorities, asking them to secure the scene, as well as to undertake all necessary activities, in order to determine all the details and information in connection with the mentioned event.

30.12.2022. 13:06  A prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption issued an indictment against: Milanko Obradović, born in 1963 in Rogatica, managing employee of the customs authorities in the ITA BiH; Miroslav Bovan, born in 1964, in Konjic, an employee of the BiH Border Police; Nedžad Omerović, born in 1974 in Sarajevo, employee of the customs authorities in the ITA BiH; Stevan Teletina, born in 1969 in Nevesinje.
