EXHUMATION OF BODIES OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WAS CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA OF ZVORNIK MUNICIPALITY

22.05.2012. 15:54 An exhumation was carried out in Zvornik municipality area under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. An exhumation was carried out on the locations of Snagovo and Mahmutovići in the Zvornik municipality area resulting with the uncovery of the remains of two persons.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ADNAN KORJENIĆ (1965)

22.05.2012. 15:51 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Adnan Korjenić, born on November 1, 1965 in Sarajevo where he resides, a citizen of BiH, charging him with the Impermissible Use of Copyrights.

EXHUMATION WAS CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA OF KALINOVIK MUNICIPALITY

22.05.2012. 15:47 An exhumation was carried out in Jelići – a place located in the Kalinovik municipality area, at the site of Pazari, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH resulting with the uncovery of the remains of one person, presumably male. The identity of the victim shall be determined through subsequent analysis.

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WAS CARRIED OUT IN FOČA MUNICIPALITY

16.05.2012. 15:48 An exhumation was carried out in Foča municipality under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.  The exhumation was carried out at two micro-locations of Foča municipality, at the left and right bank of the river Drina resulting with the uncovery of two human bones.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY

15.05.2012. 08:53 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons who are alleged to have committed the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
