02.04.2012. 15:09 An exhumation was carried out in Bijeljina municipality on March 30, 2012 resulting with the uncovery of skeletal remains of a victim from the past war.

EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA OF BRATUNAC MUNICIPALITY

30.03.2012. 15:04 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Donji Mratinci in Bratunac municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. The remains of one male adult were exhumed. The identity of the victim shall be established through subsequent analysis.

26.03.2012. 15:26 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion with the Court of BiH to remand the following suspects into custody:

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

26.03.2012. 15:22 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the same Code.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR TWO SUSPECTS

26.03.2012. 15:18 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion with the Court of BiH to remand two persons, suspected of the criminal offense of Organizing a Group or Association for Smuggling or Distribution of Goods on Which Duties Were Not Paid under Article 215, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code of BiH, into custody.

EXHUMATION OF BODIES OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR WAS CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA OF MILIĆI MUNICIPALITY

26.03.2012. 15:15 Exhumation of the remains of persons killed in the past war was carried out at the locations of Potoci and Džurevinski potok in Nova Kasaba – Milići municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

FOUR SUSPECTS HANDED OVER TO THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH

26.03.2012. 15:10 Prosecutor's Office of BiH shall file a motion with the Court of BiH to remand four persons, suspected of the criminal offenses of Organized Crime, illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Illicit Trafficking in Weapons, Military Equipment and Dual Use Products.

21.03.2012. 15:21 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against HALILOVIĆ Muris, born on June 1, 1974 in Bihać, where he resides, BiH citizen.
