In the case
of high-level organized crime, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and
Herzegovina submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order
the suspects Armin Ćulum (1973), Alen Leon Ćulum (2000), Justin Dargel (1990),
Danil Željko Katanić (2002), and Endrina Tankošić (1995) into custody.

Acting
under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and in accordance with
the orders of the Court of BiH, the police officers of the Federation Police
Administration, with the assistance of the BiH Intelligence and Security Agency
and the respective Cantonal Ministries of the Interior from the Una-Sana
Canton, West Herzegovina Canton and Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, deprived seven
persons of their freedom within the ‘Geko’ operation and are currently carrying
out searches at several locations in the area of Sanski Most.

In the case of high-level organised crime, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted to the Court of BiH a motion to order into custody the suspect Ognjen Odović, born in 1979, municipality of Sokolac, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia, and the suspect Verena Cerovina *, born in 1992 in Sarajevo, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia.

The Chief
Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Milanko Kajganić, and the Chief
Prosecutor of the Kingdom of Spain, Alvaro Garcia Ortiz, signed in Madrid a
Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Prosecutor’s Office of
Bosnia and Herzegovina and the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Kingdom of
Spain.

Acting under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of
BiH and pursuant to the orders of the Court of BiH, in the continuation of the
operation "Kings" (the case of Zoran Galić et al.), police officers
of the Directorate for Organized and Serious Crime of the Republika Srpska
Ministry of Interior deprived three persons of their liberty in the area of
the city of Banja Luka. Searches are
ongoing at several locations in the area of Banja Luka and Srbac.
