INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR ACCEPTING BRIBES

16.07.2012. 14:57 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH. THE ACCUSED IVAN KOVIČ (1959) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

12.07.2012. 13:07 The accused Ivan KOVIČ, concluded an agreement on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, military equipment and dual use products under article 193, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST NAN WANG (1976)

11.07.2012. 12:59 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Nan WANG, who is charged to have committed the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210, Paragraph 1of the Criminal Code of BiH.

THE ACCUSED MIROSLAV LAZAREVIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

10.07.2012. 13:08 The accused Miroslav LAZAREVIĆ, born on August 1, 1984 in Sarajevo, concluded an agreement on admission of guilt, within the scope of a case vs. several persons who were accused of organized crime related to a large number of car thefts committed in the area of BiH following the completion of an operation codenamed „Kamen“ (stone).

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST IVAN KOVIĆ FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN ARMS AND MILITARY EQUIPMENT

10.07.2012. 13:03 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Ivan KOVIČ, born on November 2, 1959 in Ljubljana - Republic of Slovenia, residing in the municipality of Kranj, a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia, currently in custody.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST NAJDAN MLAĐENOVIĆ AND SAVO ŽIVKOVIĆ

09.07.2012. 14:44 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following persons:
-        Najdan MLAĐENOVIĆ, born on March 11, 1961 in Bratunac, a citizen of BiH, and
-        Savo ŽIVKOVIĆ, born on March 25, 1960 in Bratunac, a citizen of BiH.

3 PERSONS SUSPECTED OF ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN ARMS AND MILITARY EQUIPMENT HANDED OVER TO THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH. A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF WEAPONS AND EXPLOSIVES WAS SEIZED

09.07.2012. 14:41 Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA arrested 3 persons, suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Arms, Military equipment and Dual Use Products under Article 193 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in the area of Zenica.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MILOMIR PAŠALIĆ (1969)

06.07.2012. 13:29 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Milomir PAŠALIĆ - born on August 23, 1969 in Doboj, where he resides, BiH citizen - charging him with the criminal offense of Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST BABIĆ SAVO (1944)

06.07.2012. 13:27 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the Savo BABIĆ charging him with the criminal offence of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the provisions of Article 29 and Article 180, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the same Code.
