PROHIBITING MEASURES PROPOSED FOR ONE PERSON DURING THE “LUTKA” ACTION

28.09.2012. 15:20 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has submitted to the Court of BiH a Motion for Imposing Prohibiting Measures on one suspect, who was deprived of liberty in the case with the “Lutka” /“a doll”/ code name, aimed at detecting and prosecuting persons suspected of the gravest criminal offenses of organized crime.    

CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST FOUR SUSPECTS

28.09.2012. 15:15 After questioning of the suspects, Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH put forward a motion with the Court of BiH seeking custody against four (4) persons.

25.09.2012. 15:19 The accused persons: Zoran JANKOVIĆ, Anđelka VASILJEVIĆ and Gordana MITROVIĆ, concluded agreements on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.
