THREE INDICTMENTS FILED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

11.10.2012. 15:19 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has signed a plea agreement with two persons accused of the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs in violation of Article 195(2) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

04.10.2012. 15:14 The following accused persons: Haris BJELOPOLJAK, Emir HODŽIĆ, Adnan SELIMIĆ and Hasan HUSIĆ concluded agreements on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 1 and 4 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH - all in conjunction with Article 54 of the same Code.
