TWO ACCUSED PERSONS CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

19.10.2012. 15:34 Two persons accused of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs have concluded Agreements on admission of guilt. The proposed sentences for the accused range from two to 4 years of imprisonment. The following accused persons entered into plea agreements with the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH:

PROHIBITING MEASURES AGAINST SIX PERSONS AND MOTION FOR CUSTODY AGAINST FIVE PERSONS

18.10.2012. 14:59 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has put forward a motion with the Court of BiH seeking custody against five persons suspected of organized crime, in relation to the smuggling of cigarettes in multi-million amounts, committed in the course of 2011 and 2012.

THE ACCUSED IBRAHIM HODŽIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

17.10.2012. 15:28 The accused Ibrahim HODŽIĆ concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 383, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Federation BiH.

A LARGE AND JOINT POLICE ACTION AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO AN ORDER OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

16.10.2012. 15:04 Pursuant to an Order of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, a large and joint police action was conducted which involved searches and deprivation of liberty of a larger number of persons suspected of organized crime, in relation to the smuggling of cigarettes in multi-million amounts, committed in the course of 2011 and 2012.

16.10.2012. 14:55 The accused Berislav JUKIĆ concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Illicit trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MILOŠ SAVIĆ (1946) FOR SMUGGLING OF GOODS

15.10.2012. 15:06 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against a person who is charged with having committed the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods under Article 214 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN ŠEKOVIĆI MUNICIPALITY

15.10.2012. 15:02 An exhumation, which commenced on Friday October 12, 2012, is  being carried out in Šekovići Municipality under the supervision of an investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST THREE SUSPECTS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

12.10.2012. 15:39 Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office has put forward a motion with the Court of BiH seeking custody against three persons suspected of the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195(1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and pursuant to Article 139 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

EXHUMATIONS OF BODIES OF VICTIMS FROM THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN ODŽAK AND VIŠEGRAD MUNICIPALITIES

12.10.2012. 14:00 On 11 October 2012, exhumations in Odžak and Višegrad Municipalities were carried out under the supervision of an Investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
