INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY COMMITTED IN VIŠEGRAD

14.09.2012. 15:05 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against three persons charging them with Crimes against Humanity under Article 172, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph h) in conjunction with Subparagraphs a), d), e), f), g), i) and k) of the CC BiH.

EXHUMATION WAS CARRIED OUT IN KLJUČ MUNICIPALITY

13.09.2012. 15:04 An exhumation was carried out, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, at the location of Zgon on the territory of Ključ municipality resulting with the uncovery of the remains of one person. The identity of the victim shall be established through subsequent analysis.

A LARGE AND JOINT POLICE ACTION AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME IS BEING CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO AN ORDER OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

12.09.2012. 15:40 Hundreds of police officers participate in the action, and SIPA is in charge of the activities involving police officers from law enforcement agencies of the respective Entities and Brčko District. This investigation is aimed at shedding light on at least six unresolved murders and attempted murders in Republika Srpska and Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as on several bank robberies and money transports in multi-million amounts and a series of serious criminal offenses of organized crime.  

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN ŠEKOVIĆI MUNICIPALITY

12.09.2012. 15:37 An exhumation is being carried out, under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, at the location of Trnovo on the territory of Šekovići municipality. The remains of at least two bodies were unearthed so far. The identity of the victims shall be established through subsequent analysis.

10.09.2012. 15:17 Having received a final verdict in the case vs. RUSTEMPAŠIĆ Rijad the Prosecutor's Office of BiH highlights that it is satisfied with the final verdict in this case and that it continues to work on prosecuting cases related to crimes of terrorism, along with other law enforcement agencies.

07.09.2012. 15:16 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Anita ARAPOVIĆ - born on February 26, 1980 in Mostar, where she resides, a citizen of BiH - for Impermissible Use of Copyrights.

EXHUMATION OF THE REMAINS UNCOVERED WHILE CONDUCTING CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT A LOCATION IN MARTIN BROD WAS CARRIED OUT

07.09.2012. 15:14 An exhumation is being carried out at the location of Donji Reljići, on the territory of Martin Brod municipality. A number of remains were unearthed so far. It is presumed, judging by the state of the remains, that the recovered remains are not those of the victims of the most recent war but older. 

TWO PERSONS ACCUSED OF SMUGGLING OF GOODS CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

06.09.2012. 15:16 The following two persons, accused of smuggling of goods, entered into plea agreements with the Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office: Dalibor PRODANOVIĆ AKA „Dado“, born on October 15, 1977 in Bijeljina where he resides, citizen of BiH, and Goran BJELCANOVIĆ AKA „Bjeli“, born on May, 1967 in Bijeljina where he resides, citizen of BiH.

MOTION FOR CUSTODY FILED FOR FOUR SUSPECTS WITHIN THE "TITAN" OPERATION

05.09.2012. 15:51 The Assigned Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, having questioned the suspects, filed a motion to remand all 4 persons, that the RS MoI arrested within the scope of the operation code-named "Titan" and handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of BIH, into custody.

ENVER OKANOVIĆ, MEHMED LIBIĆ AND ASMIR MAŠIĆ CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

05.09.2012. 15:15 The accused persons Enver Okanović, Mehmed Libić and Asmir Mašić, concluded agreements on admission of guilt for the criminal offenses committed within the case Vs. Ramo Brkić et al. (operation code-named Kastel).
