EXHUMATIONS OF THE VICTIMS OF THE PAST WAR ARE BEING CARRIED OUT IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BRATUNAC AND SREBRENICA

14.11.2012. 15:36 Exhumations are being carried out at the locations of Burnice -Repovac in Bratunac municipality and Sjedače - Perućac Lake in Srebrenica municipality under the supervision of an Investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MIDHAT ĆEJVANOVIĆ (1960)

14.11.2012. 15:13 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Midhat ĆEJVANOVIĆ - born on May 5, 1960 in Tuzla, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.

EXHUMATION OF THE VICTIMS OF THE PAST WAR IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN SAPNA MUNICIPALITY

12.11.2012. 15:30 At the locations of Skakovica and Sapna-Laze in the Sapna municipality, an exhumation is being carried out under the supervision of an Investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MEHMED PRŠIĆ (1968)

12.11.2012. 15:27 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Mehmed PRŠIĆ - born on January 10, 1968 in Sanski Most where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina – charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.  

EXHUMATION WAS CARRIED OUT IN ŠEKOVIĆI MUNICIPALITY

12.11.2012. 15:25 An exhumation was carried out in Šekovići municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. The remains of one body were exhumed. Four exhumations were carried out at this location in the last two months resulting with the uncovery of several victims of the past war.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR D.B. (1984)

09.11.2012. 15:31 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand the suspect D.B. (1984), on grounds stipulated in Article 132 Paragraph 1, Subparagraph b) of the CPC BiH, into custody.

EXHUMATIONS OF THE REMAINS OF VICTIMS KILLED IN THE PAST WAR ARE BEING CARRIED OUT IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BIHAĆ AND DRVAR

08.11.2012. 15:03 Exhumations are being carried out under the supervision of an Investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH at the locations of Ševina jama in Bihać municipality and Šajnovac in Drvar municipality.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

08.11.2012. 15:01 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against three persons charged with Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ALDIN HARBAŠ (1982)

07.11.2012. 15:16 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Aldin HARBAŠ charging him with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons under Article 189 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, and in conjunction with Article 26 of the same Code.

TOMISLAV SAVIČIĆ (1972) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT
