The proposed sentences for the accused range from two to 4 years of imprisonment. The following accused persons entered into plea agreements with the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH:

THE ACCUSED IBRAHIM HODŽIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

17.10.2012. 15:28 The accused Ibrahim HODŽIĆ concluded an Agreement on admission of guilt for the committed criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 383, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Federation BiH.

A LARGE AND JOINT POLICE ACTION AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO AN ORDER OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

16.10.2012. 15:04 Pursuant to an Order of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, a large and joint police action was conducted which involved searches and deprivation of liberty of a larger number of persons suspected of organized crime, in relation to the smuggling of cigarettes in multi-million amounts, committed in the course of 2011 and 2012.
