PERSONS ACCUSED OF TAX EVASION CONCLUDED PLEA AGREEMENTS

07.02.2013. 15:14 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crimes and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH entered into plea agreements with persons accused of Organized Crime under Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210 of the CC BiH and the criminal Offense of Tax Evasion under Article 273 of the CC F BiH, all in  conjunction with Article 31 of the CC BiH.

07.02.2013. 15:11 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crimes and Corruption of the Prosecutor's Office of BIH, the authorized officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA conducted an extensive operation that included arrests of nine people and raids on several locations in several cities.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR A PERSON SUSPECTED OF SMUGGLING A MAJOR QUANTITY OF NARCOTIC DRUGS

06.02.2013. 15:25 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crimes and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand a person suspected of smuggling large quantities of narcotics into custody.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ČEDO MIOVČIĆ (1947)

06.02.2013. 15:23 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Čedo MIOVĆIĆ - born on November 12, 1947 at Trnovo - Ledići, residing in Ilidža, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the Law on Copyrights and Related Rights in BiH.

AN EXHUMATION WAS CARRIED OUT IN PALE MUNICIPALITY

06.02.2013. 15:06 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Jahorinski potok in Pale municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. Incomplete remains of one body were exhumed.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR THE SUSPECT MLADEN ŽDRALE

06.02.2013. 15:03 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crimes and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand a suspect into custody for his involvement in several unsolved murders committed in the past 10 years in the area of Sarajevo and East Sarajevo.

CHIEF PROSECUTOR MET WITH THE HEAD OF THE OSCE MISSION TO BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

01.02.2013. 15:23 Yesterday's signing of the Protocol on Cooperation of the Prosecutor's Office of BIH and the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia was welcomed by the Office of the Prosecutor at the ICTY in The Hague.
