31.10.2023. 10:12 A prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against the defendant born in 1976 in Velika Kladuša, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

26.10.2023. 13:00 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against:   

- Jacek Andrzej Zawitowski, born in 1985 in Poland, a citizen of Poland, temporarily residing in the Migrant Center Ušivak, Hadžići, currently in custody. 

ON OCCASION OF EUROPEAN DAY OF JUSTICE, STUDENTS FROM ZENICA PAY ONE-DAY VISIT TO BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

UPON PLEA AGREEMENT, PERSON ACCUSED OF ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS SENTENCED TO PRISON

25.10.2023. 08:55 The accused Almedin Kadić (1992) has signed a Plea Agreement admitting his guilt, and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina subsequently sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of one (1) year and imposed the security measure of confiscation of instrumentalities used for the perpetration of the criminal offence.

MORTAL REMAINS OF VICTIMS MISSING FROM THE PAST WAR FOUND AND EXHUMED IN VIŠEGRAD

20.10.2023. 14:43 An investigator from the Special Department for War Crimes is on the ground, at a site in Okolišta, in Višegrad municipality, where, as ordered by the prosecutor in charge of the case and by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, she is coordinating the work of all officers participating in the process of exhumation and search for missing persons. 

CHIEF PROSECUTOR MEETS WITH AMBASSADOR OF REPUBLIC OF FRANCE TO BIH
