25.07.2013. 15:36 The Court of BiH has admitted the Appeal filed by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH because of the termination of custody and imposition of prohibiting measures for the persons suspected to have committed the criminal offenses of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220 of the BiH CC, Accepting Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 217 of the BiH CC, Giving Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 218 of the BiH CC and Smuggling under Article 214, Paragraph 2 of the BiH CC, and custody against the four suspects in the duration of two months has been re-ordered.

EXHUMATION OF BODIES OF THE VICTIMS FROM THE PAST WAR COMMENCED AT THE BUĆA POTOK CITY DUMP

23.07.2013. 15:12 An exhumation at the Buća Potok City Dump in Sarajevo commenced under the supervision of an Investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. At the site of Buća Potok City Dump in Novi Grad Sarajevo Municipality, an exhumation commenced and incomplete mortal remains of one body were found. This exhumation will continue in the coming days.
