CUSTODY MOTION FOR SUSPECT - CITIZEN OF THE REPUBLIC SERBIA IN THE CASE CODENAMED “RAČA”

04.09.2023. 11:10 Following the investigation, the prosecutor of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption in charge of the case submitted a custody motion against the suspect Željko Stekić, born in Šabac in 1969, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia, who was apprehended within the operation of the RS Ministry of Interior police forces on orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
