PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH IS FINALIZING ITS INVESTIGATION IN TWO CASES OF FINANCIAL CRIME, WHICH HAVE CAUSED 15 MILLION BAM DAMAGES TO BIH CITIZENS.

30.08.2013. 14:30 Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH is in the final stages of two extensive investigations on organized crime in conjunction with economic crime (tax and customs evasion and other criminal offenses), which have caused damages to citizens and the state of BiH in the amount of  about 15 million BAM.

BY ORDER OF THE STATE PROSECUTION THE SUSPECT GORAN SARIĆ WAS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY. THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE OF BIH INDICTED SARIĆ WITH GENOCIDE IN SREBRENICA IN 1995.

30.08.2013. 14:25 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, police officers of SIPA have arrested the suspect Goran Sarić aka "Sara", born in 1964 in Konjic.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR MLAĐEN KEKEROVIĆ (1968)

30.08.2013. 14:22 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of the suspect Mlađen Kekerović (1968) from Trn, a place located near Laktaši.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR THE SUSPECTS ARRESTED WITHIN THE OPERATION CODENAMED

28.08.2013. 15:01 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion with the Court of BiH for remand in custody of three persons apprehended in yesterday's operation codenamed "Master" . The persons were deprived of liberty by authorized officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA with the assistance of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, RS MoI, TC MoI and Brčko District Police.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST 32 PERSONS WITHIN THE "LUTKA” CASE. INDICTMENT REFERS TO ONE OF THE LARGEST ORGANIZED CRIME GROUPS IN POST-DAYTON BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

28.08.2013. 14:38 The accused persons are charged with organized crime in conjunction with several first degree murders, murders, armed robberies of banks and money transports involving multimillion amounts, robberies, money laundering and other serious crimes.

27.08.2013. 11:53 Due to instances of improper political pressure occurring in relation to the work and independence of the prosecutor’s office and the judiciary, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH reiterates that inviting the prosecutor’s office and the Chief Prosecutor to meetings of the parliamentary committees represents an unacceptable political pressure, as well as  gross and unacceptable political interference in the independence of the judiciary.

26.08.2013. 15:10 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH the authorized officers of SIPA have arrested nine suspects and raided 17 locations in the Tuzla region.

EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT AT THE LOCATION OF ZLATIŠTE IN SARAJEVO

23.08.2013. 15:41 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Zlatište in East Sarajevo under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH. The remains of one person were unearthed at this location.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST A.S.

22.08.2013. 15:19 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against A.S. (1975) from Prizren in Kosovo, a citizen of the Republic of Serbia, charging him with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 1 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.
