05.12.2013. 15:22 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand two persons in custody and to order prohibiting measures for five persons suspected of committing the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the CC BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST FOUR PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS

05.12.2013. 15:20 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor's Office issued an indictment against four persons charging them with illicit international trafficking in narcotic drugs.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST DUŠAN VASILIĆ (1976) CHARGED WITH ILLICIT TRAFFICKING OF NARCOTIC DRUGS

02.12.2013. 15:08 The accused is charged with having participated in the preparation and cultivation of Marijuana "Skunk" in large quantities, under special conditions which required construction and equipment. The indictment proposes forfeiture of ill-gotten gain in the amount of BAM 14.000.

NEDIM MILANOVIĆ (1969) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

02.12.2013. 15:04 Nedim Milanović – born on March 15, 1969 in Sarajevo where he resides, citizen of BiH, charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, entered into a plea agreement with the Prosecutor of the Department III within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
