MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR FOUR SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN POLICE OPERATION "PELEGRINO"

28.02.2014. 15:33 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of four persons suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 of the CC BiH; the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Authority under Article 220 of the CC BiH and the criminal offense of Extortion under Article 295 of the CC FBiH.

OPERATION CODENAMED "ROAD" AIMING TO DETECT AND DETER ILLEGAL MIGRANT SMUGGLING IS BEING CARRIED OUT IN TUZLA CANTON

27.02.2014. 15:13 By order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, police officers of SIPA are carrying out an operation codenamed "Road" in Tuzla Canton. The operation is focused on detection and prosecution of members of an organized international criminal group dealing with smuggling of foreign nationals, mainly Turkish nationals, through the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina towards the Federal Republic of Germany and other EU countries.

THE ACCUSED BRANKICA IVANOVIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

26.02.2014. 14:59 The accused Brankica Ivanović – born on February 12, 1979 in Brčko where she resides, BiH citizen, charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons under Article 189 of the CC BiH - entered into plea agreement with the Prosecutor of the Special Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

THE ACCUSED DUŠAN VASILIĆ CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT. CRIMINAL SANCTION PROPOSED – ONE YEAR IMPRISONMENT SENTENCE AND A BAM 150.000 FINE

26.02.2014. 14:56 The accused Dušan Vasilić concluded a plea agreement expressing his guilt for the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST GORAN BIJELJIĆ (1978) FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS

25.02.2014. 15:10 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Goran Bijeljić - born on April 12, 1978 in Split, Republic of Croatia, BiH citizen - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243 of the Criminal Code of BH.

EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT IN DOBROŠEVIĆI

25.02.2014. 15:08 An exhumation was carried out at the location of Dobroševići in the area of Sarajevo municipality – Novi Grad under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. Skeletal remains of one person were unearthed.
