EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT IN DERVENTA

(1958) from Sarajevo, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia, charged with the criminal offense of Abuse of Office or Official Authority, as referred to in Article 220 of the Criminal Code of BiH and the criminal offense of Disclosure of Secret Data, as referred to in Article 164 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all in conjunction with Article 53 and Article 54 of the same Code.
