PERSON SUSPECTED OF WAR CRIMES AGAINST PRISONERS OF WAR DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

27.08.2014. 14:56 By order of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Ičanović Hasan (1965), who is suspected of committing war crimes in Velika Kladuša, was deprived of liberty in the morning hours in the Bužim area. Officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency handled the arrest pursuant to the order of a Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

26.08.2014. 16:03 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH held its regular coordination meeting concerning the process of exhumations, which was attended by the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, the Deputy Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić, the leaders of the Missing Persons Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including two members of the Collegium and the Head of the search, exhumation and identification sector.

26.08.2014. 15:04 Pursuant to the decision of the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH dated August 25, 2014 the Deputy Chief Prosecutor - Gordana Tadić was appointed Head of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

MOTION FOR ORDER OF PROHIBITING MEASURES FILED FOR DRAGAN GLOGOVAC (1959)

22.08.2014. 15:02 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed a motion for order of prohibiting measures for Glogovac Dragan - born on July 3, 1959 in Bijeljina, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - who is suspected of war crimes against civilians and war crimes against prisoners of war under the Criminal Code of BiH.

Officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency handled the arrests in cooperation with the Herzegovina - Neretva Canton MoI and pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
