07.03.2014. 15:40 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to order prohibiting measures for a person suspected of the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 of the CC BiH.
