INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST RAMIZ DŽUZDANOVIĆ FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY

12.05.2014. 15:13 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH  has issued an Indictment against Ramiz Džuzdanović, born on 13 March 1992 in Bijeljina, resident of Cannes, the Republic of France, a citizen of the Republic of France.

THE ACCUSED DARKO GUROVIĆ ENTERED INTO A PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

07.05.2014. 15:04 The accused Darko Gurović has entered into a Plea Agreement admitting guilt for the committed criminal offense of Organized Crime, as referred to in Article 250, Paragraph 2, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST VUKOMAN LAKETIĆ (1957) FOR PREVENTING AN OFFICIAL PERSON IN THE EXERCISE OF OFFICIAL DUTY

30.04.2014. 15:03 Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Vukoman Laketić - born on June 12, 1957 in the village of Slatina, Municipality of Pljevlja - Montenegro, where he resides, with prior convictions, citizen of the Republic of Montenegro - charging him with the criminal offence of Preventing an Official Person in the Exercise of Official Duty under Article 241a, Paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of BH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TWO PERSONS FOR WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN KOTOR VAROŠ

30.04.2014. 14:42 The Prosecutor, Head of the Section for Economic Crime in the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Mlađen Kekerović - born on February 15, 1968 in Kotor Varoš, residing in Laktaši, citizen of BiH and Serbia, currently in custody.

30.04.2014. 14:31 During the Structural Dialogue meeting held in Brussels, EU institutions supported the views of the Venice Commission regarding the independence of the judiciary, independent appointment of Prosecutors as well as prevention of political interference in the work of prosecutors and the judiciary.
