TWO MORE PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN OPERATION „GOLD“

05.06.2014. 15:10 By order of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH two more persons were deprived of liberty within the scope of the case of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH focusing on investigation of corruption offenses, in which some of the suspects were customs officers of ITA BiH.

05.06.2014. 15:02 The accused Odisej Fofilos concluded a plea agreement expressing his guilt for the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.

04.06.2014. 15:10 By order of a Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes SIPA officers arrested the suspect Blagoje Vlačić - born  on April 16, 1970 in Krivača, Živinice municipality, residing in Zvornik -  in the Zvornik area.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FOR FOUR CUSTOMS OFFICERS AND IMPOSURE OF PROHIBITING MEASURES FOR ELEVEN PERSONS SUSPECTED OF CORRUPTION OFFENSES FILED

04.06.2014. 15:08 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption  within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of four persons suspected of committing criminal offenses of Associating for the Purpose of Perpetrating Criminal Offenses (Article 249 of the CC BiH), Abuse of Office or Authority (Article 220 of the CC BiH), Accepting  Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits (Article 217 of the CC BiH), and the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods (Article 214 of the CC BiH).

FIRST WORKING MEETING OF THE CHIEF PROSECUTORS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PROTOCOL ON COOPERATION HELD IN PODGORICA

03.06.2014. 15:38 On June 3, 2014 a working meeting of the representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Supreme State Prosecutor’s Office of Montenegro was held in Podgorica within the framework of the Protocol on Cooperation in Prosecution of Perpetrators of War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and Genocide.
