TWO SUSPECTS OF WAR CRIMES, COMMITTED IN TUKOVI NEAR PRIJEDOR, DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

17.06.2015. 15:07 Early this morning in the territory of Prijedor, acting upon the order of the Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) deprived the following suspects of their liberty:

17.06.2015. 14:59 Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking that prohibiting measures be ordered against four persons suspected of war crimes committed in the territory of the Municipality of Čapljina.

INCOMPLETE MORTAL REMAINS OF SEVERAL PERSONS FOUND DURING THE EXHUMATION IN BRATUNAC

10.06.2015. 08:45 At the location of Bokčkin Potok near Bratunac, an exhumation was carried out upon the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exhumation was supervised and coordinated by the assigned Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS IN THE BENELUX CASE. THE ACCUSED PERSONS ARE CHARGED WITH INTERNATIONAL SMUGGLING OF AN EXPLOSIVE DEVICE.

29.05.2015. 15:50 A Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutors Office of BiH issued an indictment against Mušanović Edin aka Edo, born on May 2, 1985 in Brčko, where he resides, with prior convictions, BiH citizen.

COUNTER TERRORISM OPERATIVE GROUP MEETING HELD AT THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH
