03.09.2014. 14:27 The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed a motion to a preliminary proceedings judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for ordering custody against 13 persons for the existence of a grounded suspicion that they committed war crimes and crimes against humanity against Bosniak and Croatian victims in the territory of Doboj and Teslić in the course of 1992.

01.09.2014. 15:33 By order of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, early this morning in the area of Doboj and Teslić, dozens of SIPA officers acted upon the instruction of the Prosecutor and apprehended a total of 13 persons suspected of war crimes committed in 1992 against ethnic Bosniaks and Croats from that area.

MOTION FOR REMAND IN CUSTODY FILED FOR HASAN IĆANOVIĆ (1965)

29.08.2014. 15:08 A Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed a motion for remand in custody of Ićanović Hasan, born on September 16, 1965 in Bužim, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia, who is suspected of having committed War Crimes against Prisoners of War under Article 175 of the CC BiH.

PERSON SUSPECTED OF WAR CRIMES AGAINST PRISONERS OF WAR DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

27.08.2014. 14:56 By order of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Ičanović Hasan (1965), who is suspected of committing war crimes in Velika Kladuša, was deprived of liberty in the morning hours in the Bužim area. Officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency handled the arrest pursuant to the order of a Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes within the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

26.08.2014. 16:03 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH held its regular coordination meeting concerning the process of exhumations, which was attended by the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, the Deputy Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić, the leaders of the Missing Persons Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including two members of the Collegium and the Head of the search, exhumation and identification sector.
