In their respective speeches before the UN Security Council, Mr. Serge Brammertz, ICTY Prosecutor, and Mr. Hassan Jallow, MICT Prosecutor, supported the work of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office and our institution’s efforts in strengthening regional cooperation between prosecutor’s offices in war crimes prosecution
In his speech, Prosecutor Jallow congratulated Prosecutor Goran Salihović and Prosecutor Vladimir Vukčević on their cooperation in the Štrpci case, and he invited the international community to continue suporting Prosecutors in the region 18.12.2014. 17:08

- Predrag Marjanović, born in 1968 in Živinice, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Early this morning, in the area of Jajce, upon the order of a Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency deprived of liberty the Jozić brothers, namely Umrislav Jozić, born in 1963, Luka Jozić, born in 1966 and Mato Jozić, born in 1962, in Jajce, where they also reside.

This Indictment is one of the most extensive indictments for war crimes committed in Prijedor, and it relates to the killing of more than 150 victims from the territory of the village of Zecovi, in 1992.

At the location of Donji Hadžići, in the Municipality of Hadžići, the exhumation process that started yesterday was finalized upon the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and complete mortal remains of five persons were found.
