PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH WELCOMES THE SUCCESSFUL ARREST OPERATION OF SEVEN PERSONS, SUSPECTED OF WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN SREBRENICA, CARRIED OUT BY COLLEAGUES FROM SERBIA.

18.03.2015. 15:10 The arrest operation is a direct result of cooperation between the two prosecutor’s offices and their Chief Prosecutors. During the course of the operation information, findings and evidence were exchanged about persons suspected of war crimes in Srebrenica who can be located in Serbia and who are Serbian citizens.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MAKSIMOVIĆ DALIBOR (1972) FOR WAR CRIMES IN THE BRATUNAC AREA
