PROHIBITING MEASURES PROPOSED AGAINST FOUR PERSONS SUSPECTED OF WAR CRIMES AGAINST CIVILIANS FROM THE TERRITORY OF ČAPLJINA

17.06.2015. 14:59 Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking that prohibiting measures be ordered against four persons suspected of war crimes committed in the territory of the Municipality of Čapljina.

The exhumation was supervised and coordinated by the assigned Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
