INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST VUK RATKOVIĆ FOR WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN THE AREA OF VIŠEGRAD

18.08.2017. 15:32 Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Vuk Ratković, born in 1950 in Nova Gajdobra, in the Republic of Serbia, residing in Višegrad, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia.

EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT IN FOČA MUNICIPALITY UPON THE ORDER OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE, AT LEAST FIVE INCOMPLETE BODIES FOUND

20.07.2017. 11:10 At the site of Miljevina - Tunnels, in the area of Foča Municipality, an exhumation was carried out. A Legal Officer of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina was present at the site, coordinating the exhumation process, as ordered by the Prosecutor from the Special Department for War Crimes in charge of the respective case.

PERSONS ACCUSED OF ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS ENTER INTO PLEA AGREEMENTS ADMITTING THEIR GUILT, SENTENCES OF IMPRISONMENT PROPOSED

12.07.2017. 15:21 Persons accused of the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, as referred to in Article 195, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code, have admitted their guilt and signed plea agreements with the Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the presence of their respective defence attorneys.  With the acceptance of these Plea Agreements, the case will be completed in its entirety.
