25.01.2018. 15:35 The accused Danijel Milišić is charged with having, during 2011 while acting in his capacity as a responsible person - the deputy director without limitation of authority in the legal entity ‘Finish Commerce’ d.o.o. Banja Luka, committed evasion of VAT in the amount of BAM 134,914.15, which is the amount of BiH budgetary damages.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST TEN PERSONS FOR SMUGGLING OF PERSONS

25.01.2018. 15:33 A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against ten persons charging them with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons under Article 189 in conjunction with Article 54 of the CC BiH.

REMAND IN CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR ADEM ABAZ (1956) SUSPECTED OF ORGANIZED CRIME AND ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN ARMS AND MILITARY EQUIPMENT

12.01.2018. 15:39 Slađan Tasić (1968) is charged with persecuting Bosniak civilian population on ethnic and religious grounds by participating in the capture and forcible disappearance of persons in Višegrad in 1992.
