INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR SMUGGLING OF MIGRANTS

13.05.2019. 10:06 The accused is charged with participating in the smuggling of four (4) illegal migrants from the territory of Syria early last year, who did not fulfill the conditions for their legal stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

24.04.2019. 14:26 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against one physical and one legal person who are charged with the tax evasion of around 15,000 BAM.

EXTENSIVE ACTION OF BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE IN FIGHTING ORGANIZED SMUGGLING OF MIGRANTS

17.04.2019. 14:33 Pursuant to an Order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been conducting activities of deprivation of liberty and searches at several locations, due to the commission of the criminal offence of Organizing a Group or Association for the Purpose of Perpetrating the Criminal Offence of Smuggling of Migrants, as referred to in Article 189a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in conjunction with the criminal offence of Smuggling of Persons, as referred to in Article 189, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
