INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR TAX EVASION

Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against one physical and one legal person who are charged with the tax evasion of around 15,000 BAM.

Suspect I.Ć. (1995) is suspected of having committed the following criminal offenses: Organizing a Terrorist Group (article 202d) Unlawful Establishing and Joining Foreign Paramilitary or Parapolice Formations (article 162b) and Terrorism (article 201) of the CC BiH.

Pursuant to an Order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been conducting activities of deprivation of liberty and searches at several locations, due to the commission of the criminal offence of Organizing a Group or Association for the Purpose of Perpetrating the Criminal Offence of Smuggling of Migrants, as referred to in Article 189a, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina and in conjunction with the criminal offence of Smuggling of Persons, as referred to in Article 189, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The BiH Prosecutor’s Office issued an Order Not to Conduct Investigation against Mijo Krešić - Deputy Minister of Security of BiH, Mato Đaković - journalist, and Ivan Bandić - Consul General of the Republic of Croatia to BiH, Tuzla Consular Office, after carrying out verifications within the case formed by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH ex officio in connection with the allegations stated on an Internet portal alleging that these persons are involved in illegal activities related to the recruiting of citizens of BiH for the purpose of carrying out illegal activities in BiH connected to the members of the Salafi Movement.
