INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR SMUGGLING OF MIGRANTS

13.05.2019. 10:06 The accused is charged with participating in the smuggling of four (4) illegal migrants from the territory of Syria early last year, who did not fulfill the conditions for their legal stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina.  

CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST A PERSON SUSPECTED OF INTERNATIONAL SMUGGLING OF NARCOTIC DRUGS

CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR TWO PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY WITHIN THE SARAJEVO AIRPORT ZONE

06.05.2019. 10:55 Following the questioning of the suspects the assigned prosecutor filed a motion for Order of Custody for two persons, foreign citizens who were deprived of liberty in the restricted area of the Sarajevo International Airport (SIA).
