CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST THREE SUSPECTS OF ORGANIZED CRIME AND SMUGGLING OF MIGRANTS AS PART OF ‘TULIP’ CODENAMED ACTION

12.06.2019. 15:55 These three suspects are citizens of Turkey, Iraq and the Federal Republic of Germany, respectively, who are under investigation as they are suspected to have been smuggling, for a longer period of time, migrants from the Middle East across the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina and towards the border with the Republic of Croatia.

ACCUSED ADNAN ALIČIĆ (1979) ENTERED INTO PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

The accused Adnan Aličić, born in 1979, from Ključ, fully admitted his guilt in the presence of his lawyer, for the criminal offences with which he is charged under the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.  

ACCUSED DARKO MARČETIĆ (1974) ENTERED INTO PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT

10.06.2019. 10:20 A one-year prison sentence, confiscation of unlawful material gain amounting to € 3,500 and a ban on performing official duties for a period of five years are proposed.

MORTAL REMAINS OF AT LEAST TEN PERSONS FOUND SO FAR DURING EXHUMATION ON MOUNT IGMAN

GRAVE WITH MORTAL REMAINS OF SEVERAL PERSONS FOUND ON MOUNT IGMAN

06.06.2019. 11:01 As part of the case dealt with by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a joint search for the location of a mass grave was initiated, involving the Department for Civil Protection of FBiH, the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and investigators of the Missing Persons Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina (INO BiH), and human remains were found, which are presumed to belong to the victims from Donji Hadžići.
