After the Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption has issued an Indictment in this case, the accused person has signed a Plea Agreement admitting his guilt. The sentence of imprisonment has been proposed as a principal punishment, together with a fine as an accessory punishment.

The Head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Bruce G.
