BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE ISSUES INDICTMENT FOR TAX EVASION OF BAM 358,428

27.09.2019. 12:52 The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Branko Kovačević and the legal entity ‘Horizont’ /Horizon/ d.o.o. /Limited Liability Company/ from Banja Luka, charged with tax evasion of BAM 358,428 in 2016 and 2017, which is the amount of the damage incurred to the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

27.09.2019. 12:03  The accused persons are charged with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud, as referred to in Article 210 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

ACCUSED MILOSAV VESKOVIĆ CONCLUDED GUILTY PLEA AGREEMENT

MOTION FOR ORDERING DANEL RAJKOVIĆ (1981) INTO CUSTODY

25.09.2019. 14:40 The ordering of custody has been moved because of the risk that the suspect, if at large, might obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence, influence witnesses or accomplice and commit a new criminal offence or complete the initiated one.  

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR SMUGGLING MIGRANTS WITHIN BiH TERRITORY

24.09.2019. 12:38 The accused is charged with having smuggled, for consideration, illegal migrants through the BiH territory, including minors, who illegally entered Bosnia and Herzegovina and did not have valid documents for their stay in BiH.

EXHUMATION IN VLASENICA AREA COMPLETED

23.09.2019. 15:17  Complete mortal remains of one person have been found.

EXHUMATION COMMENCES IN RIZVANOVIĆI NEAR PRIJEDOR

23.09.2019. 15:08  At the exhumation site, human mortal remains have been found, which will be forwarded for further anthropological processing and identification.
