CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR BORDER POLICE OFFICER SUSPECTED OF ACCEPTING GIFTS OR OTHER FORMS OF BENEFIT

19.03.2020. 11:57  Custody was proposed for the reasons set forth in Article 132, paragraph 1, item d) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to the fact that the suspect’s behavior has seriously endangered the health of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as he released three persons coming from Austria - one of the countries with intensive transmission of the Coronavirus, who did not have valid travel documents, without referring them to any sanitary or health examination.
