The Head of the Section for Terrorism within the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against the following person:

The accused Armen Dželko (1990) is charged with the criminal offense of Organizing a Terrorist Group under Article 202d and the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the case against Ljuban Ećim, who is charged with committing Crimes against Humanity in Kotor Varoš and surrounding area, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH formally proposed the summoning of 261 witnesses and provided about 1450 pieces of material evidence, as well as the Record on Questioning of the Suspect.

On 17 January 2020 the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH received a confirmed indictment and a notice from a Preliminary Hearing Judge of the Court of BiH, which confirm the Indictment in the case v. Dragan Mektić et al. in its entirety with respect to all the accused persons.
