MOTION TO EXTEND CUSTODY FOR TERRORISM SUSPECTS

30.03.2020. 19:16  A prosecutor from the Terrorism Section requested the extension of custody for suspects Hamza Labidi (1998) and Emir Ališić (1970) for another two months.

CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR BORDER POLICE OFFICER SUSPECTED OF ACCEPTING GIFTS OR OTHER FORMS OF BENEFIT

19.03.2020. 11:57  Custody was proposed for the reasons set forth in Article 132, paragraph 1, item d) of the Criminal Procedure Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to the fact that the suspect’s behavior has seriously endangered the health of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as he released three persons coming from Austria - one of the countries with intensive transmission of the Coronavirus, who did not have valid travel documents, without referring them to any sanitary or health examination.     

BORDER POLICE OFFICER DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY ON ACCOUNT OF ACCEPTING GIFT IN ORDER TO ALLOW UNLAWFUL ENTRY TO BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA FOR CITIZENS COMING FROM ABROAD

18.03.2020. 09:16 An investigation conducted has shown that a border police officer requested and received a gift at the Brčko Border Crossing in order to let three persons arriving from the Republic of Croatia enter Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is contrary to the valid regulations.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR AIDING TAX EVASION LARGER THAN BAM 3.5 MILLION

17.03.2020. 10:23 The accused Senad Svraka (1966) is charged with aiding the criminal offense of Tax Evasion, which was committed by the accused Aida Svraka (1980) and the company ELSTER COMMERCE d.o.o. /Limited Liability Company/ from Sarajevo, in the period from 2008 to 2011.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST EMPLOYEE OF BIH BORDER POLICE FOR CORRUPTION CRIME

16.03.2020. 14:40 Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against the following person:

A COLLEGIUM OF ALL PROSECUTORS HELD IN THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CONDUCT AND ACTIONS TO REDUCE THE RISK FROM THE CORONA VIRUS

13.03.2020. 14:00 Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić, together with the deputies and heads in the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, scheduled and held a Collegium of all prosecutors, regarding the situation caused by the appearance of the Corona virus in BiH.

AGREEMENT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COORDINATION BODY OF CHIEF PROSECUTORS OF BIH, ENTITIES AND BRČKO DISTRICT SIGNED IN THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH
