At its session held on 16 October 2019 in Sarajevo, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) issued a decision appointing two Deputies to the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Gordana Tadić, namely:

CUSTODY PROPOSED AGAINST PERSON SUSPECTED OF SMUGGLING OF MOTOR VEHICLES

The measure of custody has been proposed due to the risk of the suspect’s flight, as well as due to the reasonable suspicion that, if at large, the suspect might commit the same or similar criminal offence as the one charged against him.  

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY COMMITTED IN 1992 IN PALE AREA

 The accused persons Jovan Kušić (1966) and Branislav Vuković (1955) are charged with crimes committed against Bosniak civilians in the spring of 1992.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY COMMITTED IN FOČA AREA
