The accused Đorđe Nedimović (1976), from Novi Sad, is charged with smuggling a large quantity of various narcotic drugs from Serbia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, intended for sale on the illegal drug market in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The accused Marko Danilović (1999) from Herceg Novi is charged with smuggling about 55 kilos of the narcotic drug marijuana - ‘skunk’ from the territory of Montenegro to Bosnia and Herzegovina with an intention to smuggle it further to the Republic of Croatia, but was detected and prevented to do that and the narcotic drug was seized.

The suspects are charged that in September 1992, as part of a widespread and systematic attack on the Bosniak civilian population, they planned, organised and took part in the killing of 44 Bosniak civilians from the village of Novoseoci in the Sokolac municipality and in the persecution of civilians from the said area.
