30.04.2020. 10:38 The action was carried out by the police officers of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Ministry of the Interior and SIPA Regional Office in Mostar, upon an Order issued by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the suspect was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he will be questioned and a motion for custody will be subsequently submitted.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR ORGANISED SMUGGLING OF ILLEGAL MIGRANTS

28.04.2020. 10:04 Two accused nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina and one accused national of Egypt are charged with organized smuggling of migrants, nationals of Egypt, through Bosnia and Herzegovina towards Croatia and EU countries.

INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR ATTACK ON AUTHORISED OFFICIAL PERSONS OF BIH BORDER POLICE

27.04.2020. 13:01 The accused is charged with attacking the official persons of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina while they were performing tasks related to security and with inflicting bodily injuries on them, as well as with preventing official persons of the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the exercise of their official tasks which they were undertaking under their official authority.
