INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY IN THE KOTOR VAROŠ AREA

10.01.2025. 09:33 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH issued an indictment against Danko Kajkut*, born in 1965 in Goražde, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia. The accused is charged with having participated, in his capacity as commander of the 1st Platoon of the Special Detachment of the Banja Luka Police Security Service Center, together with other persons, in the commission of crimes against Ethnic Bosniak and Croat civilians in Kotor Varoš and surrounding areas in 1992.
