PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE BIH ISSUED INDICTMENT FOR TAX EVASION AMOUNTING TO BAM 423,378

12.11.2020. 10:17 The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Avdija Ćenanović and the legal entity Sara Kompani d.o.o. Ilidža that are charged with committing VAT evasion in the amount of BAM 423,378.68 in the period from April 2012 to December 2015 and damaging the BiH budget by this amount.

04.11.2020. 13:43 In a coordinated operation of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and SIPA, the persons suspected of organising the smuggling of migrants across the border on the Drina River for a longer period of time were deprived of their liberty.  

EXHUMATION COMPLETED IN KOZARSKA DUBICA

30.10.2020. 13:49 The exhumation process was completed under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH at the Prosara-Bijakovac site, Kozarska Dubica municipality. The remains of one male person were found.
