MOTION FILED FOR ORDERING CUSTODY, PROHIBITION MEASURES AND ISSUING ARREST WARRANT FOR FIVE PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY WITHIN OPERATION CODENAMED “WOLF”

17.12.2020. 15:15 A motion for ordering custody was sent for one suspect, the issuance of an international arrest warrant was requested for a suspect outside BiH and the ordering of prohibition measures was requested for three suspects.

17.12.2020. 14:55 Having questioned the suspects, Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in charge of this case has put forward a motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking custody for the suspects who had been deprived of liberty on account of the war crimes committed against civilian population and prisoners of war of Serb ethnicity in the area of Zvornik and its surroundings, in the period from 8 October 1992 to 6 July 1994.  

SEVEN SUSPECTS OF WAR CRIME COMMITTED IN ZVORNIK AREA DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY ON ORDER OF BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE
